Will my swimmer get to swim in Finals? Two preliminary meets are held the week of Finals. They are broken down by age groups (8&under, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, 15+). Each swimmer may be entered in two individual events. Based on the swims at Prelims, the top six swimmers will get to swim in the Finals. Each pool also gets to enter one relay team of four swimmers for the medley relay and the freestyle relay. The relay entries will be based upon the combined four fastest times for that relay and won’t necessarily be the same four swimmers in each.
